Acceptance of Terms

Betting & Gaming Rules

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to individual game rules. In the event of a conflict, the specific game rules shall take precedence for matters specific to that game, while these Terms & Conditions shall govern all general account, payment, and conduct matters.

Account Closure & Suspension

In the event of account suspension or closure initiated by dkk88, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Genuine cash balances — funds deposited in good faith and not subject to open bonus wagering conditions or fraud investigation holds — will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the conclusion of any necessary review, minus any applicable charges.
